Ooh, Well Lookee What We Have Here, Olay's New Celeb Face

Big news for Olay today: the skincare brand has signed Carrie Underwood as its first celebrity face in North America. "It's been over a decade I've been using some product from Olay," the country singer said at a press conference. "Olay is something that women trust. I now get to play more than I ever thought I'd get to play."

It's been a big year for the brand, who celebrated 10 years of Total Effects earlier this year. Carrie will appear in an ad campaign beginning in November and she'll then be the face of a few product launches in 2011. Olay is hoping that she'll help target the in-betweeners: those no longer in their teens, but not quite ready for anti-ageing products just yet.
