Whitney Port has nice hair. FACT. She's always had that SoCal vibe going on and we were wrapped when her colourist Johnny Ramirez shared how The City star keeps her locks looking all golden and gorgeous. But seems she's not immune to a Hair Rut. We all have them. Even celebs. And Whitney's now saying that she's ready for a "drastic change" after playing it safe all these years. Huh.
