Luxe Minimalism at Dior For Autumn/Winter 2012
Simple, luxe and feminine were the go-to words cited backstage at the Dior Autumn/Winter 2012 show in Paris on Friday. Lead hairstylist Orlando Pita created deep-parted, sleek (not to be confused with wet-look, which Pita isn't a fan of) ponytails that graced models' backs as they walked. Pat McGrath then teamed that with an elegant makeup palette that was quite pared-back by Dior terms. It featured gold shadow, lots of mascara and an earthy-toned polish.
