Dakota's Little Sister Elle is Busting Out the BIG Beauty Guns!

Dakota isn't the only Fanning that you should be looking to for beauty inspiration. Little Fanning (aka Elle) is the latest celeb to make it onto our One to Watch list. Sure, she may only be 12, but she's about to star in the hotly anticipated Somewhere alongside Stephen Dorff. Seems while we were munching on our Paddle Pops, Elle was landing movies written and directed by Hollywood heavyweight Sofia Coppola. Huh. Kudos, kiddo. And it's not only on the silver screen that Elle is impressing us, it's on the red carpet, too. For the NY premiere of Somewhere last night — the film hits cinemas on Boxing Day — the mini fashionista stepped out in milkmaid braids. Not an easy style to pull off. But one that said: I'm not going to try and look 26, but I do have beauty smarts. Just like big sis, she's got the enviable Fanning blonde locks, flawless ivory skin and a penchant for headbands. But the fashion-forward geek-chic? That's all her own. We ADORE her. Definitely keep a beady eye on this cutie patootie. We're predicting big things.
