Here's Lady Gaga as you've never seen her before: bald! She's been grey, pink, yellow and most recently, teal, so maybe the singer's running out of hair colours and decided to shave it all off? The 25-year-old showed off her latest look on the Paul O’Grady Show in the UK, singing "Hair" and playing a piano that had been covered with dark hair.
