Limited Edition Laura Mercier Smoky Caviar Eye Liners

I'm a big fan of Laura Mercier makeup; the colours are always so wearable and the eye products especially have real staying power which is great for a gal like me who can't be doing with reapplying all night long. Especially when there's a dance floor calling my name.

Be sure to check out the two new limited edition shades, Chestnut (brown) and Midnight (slate grey-blue), which will be a worthy investment when they hit counters on January 17. Being a semi-crème formulation, they're easy to apply and provide hours upon hours of long-wearing pigment. Unlike a liquid liner, they dry matte, which if you were paying any attention at all last year is a good thing as the matte movement is set to continue.

They're great day-to-night shades so you can make the most out of your $45 spend but I'd also recommend a good brush. This matching Laura Mercier one is $50 which may sound pricey, but any makeup artist will tell you never to scrimp on your tools.
