When Hairstyles Look So Much Better Back to Front

May I please call Exhibit A (Natalie Imbruglia's Cannes hairstyle) to the stand. The main issue I take with thee is your voluminous fringe. What were you thinking? You weren't? Hmm. Didn't think so. No one, but no one, should sport volume in the fringe arena. It's unflattering, not to mention prim-i-fying (whereby you instantly look uptight). Also, Front, if you're being honest with yourself, I think you'll agree you look a little boring, don't you? Maybe classic at a push. But not the kind of "classic" that we want to see time and time again, the kind that's old and stinky and, well, boring. See Back is displaying a pretty fusion of textured rope braids that artfully twist and turn to be pinned into place in an understated glam way. Why couldn't you be more like that? Tell me dear reader, has this ever happened to you, whereby a hairstyle looks totally rad up back but has lost its way at the front?? It's usually the other way around . . .
