Review of Clinique High Lengths Mascara

Bella Reviews: Clinique High Lengths Mascara

This newbie has one of the more unique wands that I've seen in a while. It's been labelled a "willow wand" by Clinique; probably because it's green and curved at an angle that allows you to follow the natural arch of your lash line. The wand features a whole heap of fine-toothed 'spikes' that, amazingly, really do work to separate your lashes. It's like a mascara with a lash comb built in. Amazing.

It certainly lives up to its promise to coat each and every lash (no matter how short), though I did find the stumpy inner lashes nearer my nose were a bit harder to reach with the wand being shaped the way it is (and the 'spikes' only featuring on one side). But as with any innovative wand, all it takes is a bit of getting used to.

Keep reading . . .It's pitched as lightweight; in all honestly I have tested ones that feel more lightweight than this, but barely any were as good as this in the lengthening department. And the best bit, the thing I always love about Clinique mascaras (and Clinique products in general) is that they are tested to the max so you know that they really are safe for those with sensitive eyes and contact lenses wearers like myself. Definitely worthwhile checking out once it hits counters, if for the wonder wand alone.

Clinique High Lengths Mascara ($38) will be available online and at Clinique counters from 7 February.
