"I was pleasantly surprised by the Neutrogena Healthy Defence Daily Moisturiser SPF 30. Generally, these types of moisturisers can be thick and greasy, but this cream was the opposite. The moisturiser is light and blends well into the skin without leaving any residue, and there isn’t that typical ‘sunscreen’ scent. The product is now part of my daily routine, and I highly recommend it!"

"I loved trialling Neutrogena Healthy Defence Daily Moisturiser SFP30+. The consistency of the moisturising cream was spot on; thick enough not to be runny, yet not too thick to rub in. It felt great upon application, absorbed into my skin quickly, and afterwards my skin seemed to glow with healthiness, feeling soft, supple and smooth to the touch. I love that it's broad spectrum SPF30+ giving me fantastic protection from the sun. I found it to be a great all-round daily moisturiser and would happily recommend it to other women."

"It's always hard finding good sunscreens for combination skin. Some will block my pores, others will create pimples, some will be hard to clean off, and others make my face a greasy mess. Neutrogena's new sunscreen/moisturiser didn't do any of that. I used the oily/combination skin one on my t-zone and the normal/combination one on the rest of my face. It didn't weigh my skin down, it was easy to clean off, and my face didn't look greasy after a few minutes in the sun. It doesn't have a mattifying effect but it doesn't create instant grease like other sunscreens I've come across."

Jesslim thought:

"Highly recommended product. Melts into skin without leaving a trace, acts as a good makeup base, light fragrance (typical of Neutrogena products) which didn't bother me and I certainly couldn't smell it once it had been applied. The normal/combination formula is slightly heavier than the other but still applies easily and I did not experience any adverse reactions whatsoever. I also used it around my eyes over my eye cream and did not experience any irritation. I would certainly purchase for my own use and consider it very good value for money."

Boxsey had this to say:

"Being a user of lotion type moisturisers, I wasn't sure about the cream format. However, it’s actually really easy to apply, and a little does go a long way. The sunscreen definitely works (even in the tropical North QLD sun), and better still, it doesn't leave me feeling sweaty-faced. It’s light, but effective, and feels good on. A tick from me!"

"This product was packaged in a squeezy tube and I also liked the feel of the tube which dispenses product easily. There is also a foil seal ensuring that this product is uncontaminated and fresh. The moisturiser itself has a soft creamy consistency that seemed thick but was absorbed readily without leaving my skin shiny. I also like how this product is non-comedogenic which means that it doesn’t clog my pores. During the short trial period, my skin felt a little softer and smoother, and I attribute this to the benefits of vitamins A, C, E nourishing my skin while the helioplex technology protects me from harmful UV rays, even under extended sun exposure."

Here's what Motleytommylee thought of it:

"First of all, I must say I am not big on moisturising. During the day if I have to wear sunscreen, I usually won’t wear a moisturiser with UV protection because before my use of this product, I found it hard to find a moisturiser with SPF 30+ sun protection. Now that I have finally found it, it lives up to all my expectations. With my oily-combination skin, this Neutrogena moisturiser protects my skin from the sun, and does not create extra oil making it the perfect product for those with oily skin. This moisturiser is super lightweight, you can’t even feel the product on your skin and it isn’t heavy on your face like sunscreen. Also this product contains a blend of Vitamins E, A and C which hydrates the skin and works together with the SPF 30+ sun protection to keep the skin looking young. I love this product and give it a 10/10."

"The Neutrogena Moisturiser is so fabulous for summer. Unlike the Olay one I tried, it doesn’t further inflame pimples already present. Nor is my face oilier than a hash brown. *Thumbs up.* This smooths on like a dream and stopped me from being burned the other day. It’s so light and easy to use, I only wish it came in a bigger size because this is going to be not only my new bestie for summer, but for always and whenever I go outdoors. Definitely recommend! Thanks again Bella and Neutrogena, I feel privileged to try such effective and amazing products!"

"On a whiteness scale of 1 to 10 I'm a florescent 11 so I leapt at the opportunity to review Neutrogena Healthy Defence. Mainly using the Normal/Combination Skin tube, I found that, not only did it protect my skin from the sun, but it's lightly scented, rich but non-oily formula smoothed on easily and absorbed well. My makeup also glided on well over the top. Overall, the fact that it screens out UVA and UVB rays AND moisturises makes this an excellent, non-expensive product for anyone but especially the pigment-ally challenged like me! Thanks for the opportunity to review!"

"Thank you to the Sugar Network for giving me the chance to try Neutrogena Healthy Defence Daily Moisturiser SPF 30+. I really liked using this Neutrogena moisturiser/sunscreen daily. It was really easy to use and melted nicely into the skin. My face felt lovely, supple and soft after using it. The bonus is the sunscreen, as we all need to look out for the sun’s rays even in Winter. Although there was a really slight chalky feeling to my skin after it was applied to my face, I will be buying the Neutrogena Healthy Defence Daily Moisturiser SPF 30+ again. I recommend it to anyone that wants lovely moisturised skin with sun protection."
