Kate MUST be a member of the Blair Waldorf fan club, because she's teamed her tight bun with a fancy pink headband. But she's given her look an edgier vibe than Blair and her fellow Upper East Siders by wearing heaps of kohl and finishing off with a coral-pink lip. What do you think?
