To say this year’s 2022 Brit Awards was all about the eyes would be an understatement. From the moment the red carpet began, we couldn’t help but notice (and by notice we mean stare in amazement) at the vibrant, dramatic eyeliner look coming from TikTok MUA Abby Roberts.

The beauty aficionado, artist, and global beauty influencer rocked a stand-out, graphic-liner look on the red carpet. While the specific inspiration is unclear, we speculate Roberts’ look is inspired by the rising gothic, punk-princess theme that mirrors her recently released single, ‘Paramaniac’. Roberts showcased a neon pink dusting across her eyes before drawing in a gothic-inspired design that meets at the bridge of her nose. But she didn’t stop there, her look was completed with an exaggerated cat-eye, vibrant red lip, and pastel pink, wavy hair.

For those looking to recreate the makeup moment, you’re in luck. Roberts documented the look on her TikTok. In the video, she undergoes the ultimate beauty transformation, miming The Weeknd’s “Save Your Tears”. We first notice that she preps her skin with Nikki Tutorial‘s Nimya License to Glow Serum, Nyx Professional Makeup Epic Liner, and Ofra Cosmetics X Nikki Tutorials in ‘Glazed Donut’. The finished look? Gothic-glam with a hint of colour.

If that wasn’t enough, Roberts’ younger sister Charlotte (also a talented makeup artist) got in on the BRIT Award makeup fun, too. She showcased an avant-garde graphic-eye liner look, pulled together with neon red highlights.

No stranger to experimenting with makeup and colourful looks, the sisters always remind us to experiment with makeup – whether we’re walking the red carpet like the sibling duo or just walking on our carpet at home to the fridge.
