Anne Hathaway just channelled Andy Sachs at New York Fashion Week, and we feel like we’re back in the early ’00s. While seated next to Anna Wintour at the Micheal Kors Spring/Summer ’23 show, fans thought Hathaway looked exactly like her “The Devil Wears Prada” character, punctuated by the fact that she wore an almost an identical hairstyle to Andy featuring bangs.
Hathaway arrived at the show in a remake of her character’s signature brown leather jacket and turtleneck combination, but nowhere were the similarities between them clearer than with her layered bangs. The hairstyle featured a high ponytail and bangs that framed each side of her face for a soft finish.
Layered bangs are an easy way to start experimenting with your hair. The cut looks extremely similar to another popular (but still very classic) look: curtain bangs. Though the latter style is not as pronounced, it still looks good on every face shape. Take a closer look at Hathaway’s hair ahead.
