Attention! Go-To Is Launching a Rewards Program With Exclusive Perks — Here’s How It Works

Fans of Go-To rejoice! The fun-loving skincare brand has launched a new rewards program called Go-To Gang. Just when you thought this Aussie brand couldn’t get any cuter (from the peach-coloured packaging to the cute-as-heck product names), it goes and does just that. What a show-off!
From Wednesday, June 9, anyone who has ever made a purchase from gotoskincare.com will instantly become a member of the Go-To Gang, which gives you access to exclusive perks, special gifts, surprises and top-secret offers. Very good! And, not to worry, this program is retroactive, so if you’ve made one order in the past — or 50 — these will all be noticed and rewarded.
Of the loyalty program, Go-To founder Zoë Foster Blake said: “The Go-To community is incredibly unique and very special. Our customers are passionate, inclusive, curious and so much fun. It’s our privilege and joy to make people feel proud for choosing Go-To, and to use every interaction to delight and charm our customer — our new loyalty program gives us an opportunity to reward our customers every day.”
As for how the rewards program works, it’s pretty straightforward. There are four tiers, which are based on a lifetime spend. All orders made in both the past and present on the Go-To website will help you move up tiers, which in turn allows you to unlock a new set of delicious perks.
Some of the perks available to those in the top tiers include exclusive gifts with every order, “Money-Can’t-Buy-Merch” and super duper special invites to Go-To events. Word on the street is that there may also be a secret tier for the most loyal friends of Go-To. We wonder what we have to do to join that club?!
“What makes Go-To so special is its generosity, simplicity and effectiveness so it didn’t make sense to build a complicated loyalty program,” said Go-To’s Chief Marketing Officer, Leonie Faddy. “We have created a program that will honour all past orders (so every drop of Face Hero from the last seven years goes towards your Tier), and celebrates and unifies our loyal community.”
To commemorate the launch of this very fun loyalty program, the team at Go-To has also planned a month’s worth of celebrations across the Go-To website. And, one lucky person will have the chance to win the best gift of them all: a Go-To Getaway to Qualia on Hamilton Island. Sounds lush!
