Fresh Is Best: Lush Adds Three New Products to Its Fresh Skincare Range
The best things in life are fresh. That’s the mantra for Lush as it prepares to launch three brand new Fresh Skincare products. Known for its handmade cosmetics and commitment to creating less waste within the beauty industry, the retailer is adding new products made with fresh ingredients to its skincare line.
Launching on Friday, May 28, you’ll be able to get your hands on two new face masks, eye pads and a brush, called Fresh Faced ($35), designed for face mask application. One of the new releases, called Glen Cocoa Fresh Face Mask ($14.95), includes rich almond butter and cocoa powder which honestly sounds good enough to eat (but, you know, please don’t do that!).
The Cucumber Eye Pads ($6) are made from fresh cucumber puree and designed to reduce puffiness and smooth out fine lines around the eye area. The vitamin C content within the vegetable also helps to increase collagen and elastic production.
Rounding out the new releases is Brush Strokes ($14.95), a nourishing mask that is formulated with rose water and coconut blossom nectar to soothe and balance redness and leave skin feeling hydrated. This mask will also leave you with a subtle glow thanks to the synthetic fluorphlogopite.
Once launched, these new products will be available year-round and will be handmade by Lush chefs in the brand’s Sydney-based kitchen before being dispatched and delivered to stores within 24 hours of being made. This means customers can benefit from the very best of the crafted ingredients with zero preservatives.
“What we do is not rocket science- humans have been preening and grooming forever. But in recent years formulae have become synthetic,
complicated, and over-preserved. What Lush offers are simplicity, effectiveness, an ingredient list you can understand, and overall a thrilling experience,” said Lush’s co-founder and product inventor, Mo Constantine, of the new launches.
Find these goodies at your local Lush store from May 28.
