Megan Thee Stallion's Lipstick-Shaped Nails Are Barbiecore Chic

Megan Thee Stallion’s latest look for her London Hottie Party on Aug. 29 was one for the books. The “Traumazine” rapper stepped out in a cutout catsuit and chic butterfly heels, a midi-flick hairstyle with eye-lash grazing bangs, and a bright pink manicure to top it all off.

The very specific shade of neon pink nail polish Megan used screams Barbiecore, which is a huge trend right now thanks to the upcoming “Barbie” movie, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling with platinum-blond hair and a lot of self-tanner.

Ever since glimpses of the new movie were released, stars have started incorporating pink into their hair, makeup, and nails at a higher frequency than ever before. Just earlier this month, Selena Gomez wore a pink manicure on taped square-shaped nails with rounded corners.

Megan wore her nails in her usual extra-long lipstick shape void of any nail art (a rarity for the star), letting the colour do all the talking. Taking it a step further, she even painted her toenails in a fun hue to match.
