Natalia Dyer Lights Up Paris Fashion Week With Fiery New Hair Colour

Stranger things have happened, but Natalia Dyer did just go ginger. The actor debuted her new light orange hair at Paris Fashion Week on Feb. 28. The “Stranger Things” star first showed off the warm auburn color at the Saint Laurent show, styling it into tousled waves that fell all the way past her shoulders. Her bangs also looked longer than before, grown-out enough to be swept away from her face and even tucked behind her ear.

This isn’t the first time Dyer has played with hair color, previously attending a Saint Laurent show in September 2022 with a darker shade of red and a shorter fringe. Offscreen, we’ve also seen her go jet-black, chocolate-brown, and even a deep blond, usually returning to some kind of fail-safe brunette and microbangs. Her character on the Netflix series, meanwhile, has gone through a hair evolution as well, as Nancy Wheeler has progressed from a long mushroom brown style to shorter, shoulder-length curls. This fresh orange color, however, just might be our favorite to date.

Dyer’s subtle ginger is a softer version of the orange hair trend seen on celebrities like Usher, who also dyed his hair for Paris Fashion Week. Other stars who’ve opted for bolder colors lately include Madelyn Cline, who tried out a red-hot bob, Emma D’Arcy, who turned their icy-blond pixie a vivid scarlet, and Julia Fox, who achieved cherry-red hair and brows all by herself.

Although Dyer’s transformation is a bit more understated than the rest, this is clearly a season of change, and she couldn’t have picked a more flattering hue. Check out Dyer’s new look below, and see if this has potential to become her new signature shade.
