Offset often turns to music to candidly express his life’s journey, charting its highs and tribulations, and his approach to body artwork is quite similar. The Migos rapper, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, started his ink collection in his teenage years and has since accumulated over 60 pieces scattered across his arms, legs, upper body, and face. Each design captures a memorable moment in the life of the 32-year-old hip-hip artist.

“All my tattoos are meaningful,” he told GQ in a November 2023 chat. “I remember all the times I was getting it and how it meant to me during the time. I got a lot of people that mean a lot to me tatted on me.”

His sprawling tattoo assortment features everything from his friends and family to his favorite artists and movies. The rapper’s largest design includes an intricate back piece as a tribute to his late cousin and bandmate, Takeoff, and in May 2023, he got the faces of his five children tattooed on the back of his legs. The rapper also dedicated a few of his designs to his now ex-wife and fellow musician Cardi B, who has a tattoo collection of her own worth checking out. During their time together, the former couple even gave each other a matching tattoo commemorating their wedding date.

From his Takeoff tribute and many face tattoos to the ink dedicated to his kids, mother, and grandparents, read ahead for a breakdown of all known Offset tattoos, along with their significance to the rapper.
