Remember when you were in high school, jamming out to Call Me Maybe in your bedroom? Well, now, you have the opportunity to sing and dance with hundreds of fellow Carly Rae Jepsen fans because she’s heading to Australia!

The Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter is set to land in Australia in March 2023, and will headline three shows across the country.

She’ll kickstart her tour in Sydney before moving to Brisbane and Melbourne, with her final show on March 13.

The tour comes along with the release of Carly’s most introspective record to date. The Loneliest Time is filled with emotional bangers similar to her previous album, E*MO*TION

The artist has been going from strength to strength in recent years, with critics applauding her for her heartfelt songwriting and catchy tunes. The Canadian pop singer’s upcoming shows will see her return to Australia after three years.

She previously performed here in 2019, right before the COVID-19 pandemic stopped the world in its tracks.

Carly will perform songs off The Loneliest Time, including “Western Wind”, “Beach House”, “Talking to Yourself” and the album’s Rufus-Wainwright-assisted title track.

NME gave the record a four-star review, saying The Loneliest Time sees “Jepsen’s now signature sonics infused with more expansive influences, although never deferring too far from the tried and trusted sounds of past.

“Fully fleshed out pop songs with endless charm, if this is what living in the moment sounds like, it suits her,” they wrote.
