Alex O'Loughlin's new series Hawaii Five-O sets a record for being the most DVR'd show EVER in the US

TV News: Alex O’Loughlin Has a Hit With Hawaii Five-O

Aussie Alex O’ Loughlin definitely seems to have cracked the US market this time around. His latest series, Hawaii Five-O, set a new record in the US as the most DVR’d show EVER. A new ratings system counts the number of people who recorded the show and watched it within a week via DVR (3.4 million), as well as those who watched the show’s premiere in real time, for a grand total of 17.6 million people. Impressive. The Mentalist, starring Aussie Simon Baker, was the previous DVR record-holder. Hawaii Five-O will air next year on Network 10. Alex shirtless in Hawaii — we’re so there!
