Sydney got a massive boost of Hollywood star power this morning when Angelina Jolie landed at Sydney Airport with her six children in tow. The actress is reported to be staying here for about three months to direct her next feature, a World War II drama called Unbroken; she made a super-quick stop in Australia in late July that lasted less than 24 hours to do some location scouting. Her partner Brad Pitt did not join the family as he’s filming Fury in England, which also happens to be a drama about World War II.
The Jolie-Pitt kids looked chirpy for their 6:10 a.m. arrival and walked ahead of their mother as they left the airport via a special exit. Zahara and Knox led the pack holding hands, with Shiloh not far behind and Pax hiding behind the big purple plush toy he’s carried all around the world on the family’s travels. Vivienne stayed close to Angelina while eldest son Maddox, in a beanie and sunnies, rounded the family out. They headed straight to their hotel but are reported to be staying in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for the duration of their stay.
