The BFG Trailer

The Trailer for Steven Spielberg's The BFG Is Straight-Up Magical

Roald Dahl's The BFG is in the top 10 of most kids' favourite childhood books, and this year, it'll be on the big screen as a live-action movie. Don't worry that Hollywood is ruining your childhood, though — Steven Spielberg is directing the movie, and Disney is the capable studio behind the production. Even better? Bill Hader, Jemaine Clement, and Rebecca Hall are in the cast, with Mark Rylance as the mostly CGI BFG. In the new trailer for the movie, we see Sophie (Ruby Barnhill) as her friendship with BFG begins to unfold. We can't wait to see more when the movie comes out July 1. Fun fact: Dahl would have been 100 this year.

The world is more giant than you can imagine. Watch the brand new trailer for Disney's The BFG and see the movie in theaters July 1st!
