Recap, recap, recap. Making us watch these recaps of all three girls' big moments with Sam makes us sad for them :( two of them are going to be left heartbroken.
Sam says he never expected to have such strong feelings for the three girls remaining. And tells us all (again) that he loves Lana's eyes.
Nothing against Sam/the women/the show but . . . If he STILL hasn't decided who the top girl is, it's not saying much about her, is it?
Sam is taking the three women on final dates, and the first one he wants to see is Snez (telling? Maybe . . . ). He picks Snez up in a white Lambourghini Gallardo (impressive!) and Snez, Sam and the Lambo all look incredible together. Cute!
He takes her to a penthouse apartment on Sydney Harbour and they get straight into the heavy talk about Snez leaving her daughter, Eve, again. Sam's asking a LOT about Eve. WOAH. Snez just said to camera, "I'm definitely falling in love with him." This is big for her, we know she hasn't let herself be vulnerable like this in a long time.
Sam gives Snez her very own Pretty Woman moment, presenting her with a beautiful gown which she promptly puts on and looks AMAZING in. She's a babe and Sam can hardly form words right now, LOL.
This is so fay-ncy! Sam has taken Snez to a PRIVATE ballet at the Sydney Opera House. Neither of them have been in the building, so it's a pretty special moment for them both. Sheesh, they certainly look like a pair in love. Snez cries, Sam girds his loins. Third time now that Snez has said she's falling in love with him. Not TO him, of course.
They just had a super quick (like, 30 seconds) talk about Snez being a mum and how different a relationship with her will be compared to a relationship with a childless woman. It's a brutally honest conversation, but Snez needs to have it. Sam says all the right things. Fourth time she's said she's falling in love with Sam. She might be faling in love with him, whadda ya reckon?
Sam looks like he's either a) in love or b) suddenly realising what it means to take on a 9-year-old child. We're going to lean towards the former 'cause we've been #TeamSnez from day dot.
Oh but now we're hearing from Lana and we're reminded just how quickly she's embedded herself in Sam's mind. Every time he looks at her, he looks like a man possessed. There are definitely strong feelings here, and it's certainly reciprocated. These two look good together, too!
SAM. Why are you criticising Lana's mum? He's being weird, this is weird. He just had a little bitch to Lana about the grilling her mum gave him last week. Lana's response: "Good on her." EXACTLY. Mums know best.
Lana's fallen for Sam too, which is so sweet. She seems like the kind of girl who doesn't give her emotions away too easily, so it's nice to see her opening up a bit.
Lana's got a hot bod, yo. They go tubing and it looks like the MOST fun ever!! They snuggle up on the boat afterwards and suddenly Snez is out the window and I'm convinced (again) that Lana's got it in the bag. WHO WINS, DAMMIT? "ana says, "I didn't know that I was gonna fall for him so easily," and then tells Sam she'd move to Melbourne if she needed to. Wow! "Could you see yourself moving to Sydney?" she asks. Sam tells her he's not married to the idea of staying in Melbourne forever. These words bode well for this relationship.
Ooh. Sam tells Lana he can see a future for them . . . Those are big words, no?! No they're getting heated in the pool — pashing and all!! Samuel.
Sarah's turn! We love Sarah, she seems like the sweetest person. Sam reminds us how easily their lives could come together considering she lives two suburbs away from him. Sarah tells the camera just how invested she in and it's suddenly making us very nervous. Can't he choose all of them, please?
Sam picks Sarah up with an old-school horse and cart and it's all suuuper romantic. He's talking to Sarah about how she took a while to open up to him. She does seem quite guarded but we can't blame her. "You obviously have feelings for all of us," she asks him in a roundabout way. Sam's response: "Yeah, different feelings." That doesn't go down so well, nor does his comment that he's still working out who he has the strongest feelings for. That's gotta be tough. Imagine being in love with someone and he tells you he can't quite decide between you and two other girls. Like a dagger to the heart!
Their conversation comes to a slow halt and suddenly they seem sooo awkward together. Could be the editing but it kinda seems like Sam and Sarah are drifting a little bit in this episode. We come back from the ad break and — thank goodness — Sam and Sarah are mostly back on track. She finally really opens up to him and tells him how she feels. He says it's really nice to hear but sooort of hints that it's too little, too late. "I have connections with two other girls," he says, before telling her he "can't help but draw comparisons" between her and Snez and Lana, who have been more upfront about their feelings. Hey, Sam, it's not Sarah's fault! It's just how she is, you know? We kind of like the mystery.
We come back from the ads and Sam's off to Zamel's to design a ring (an ENGAGEMENT ring?) for his chosen woman. Only trouble is, he doesn't know who the woman is. LOL. WOT.
Ahead of the cocktail party, Sam watches videos from each of the girls. They're kind of like their last pleas — they tell Sam how they feel about him, that they miss him, that they see a future with him . . . and then he's left to make his decision. Who will be left without a rose tonight?
Before we go to ads, Sam tells the camera, "I don't want to spend my life with three women, I want to share it with one." Word. But who's it gonna be?
ROSE CEREMONY TIME!
Lana gets the first rose! She's through to the final zomgzomgzomgzomg.
Snezana gets the final rose which means Sarah is out. *SOBBING*
She's holding it together so well — heartbreak never looked so composed — because she is a class act. Bye Sarah!
Tomorrow night is going to be a traumatic, traumatic evening. Someone hold us.
