Charlie's Angels TV Reboot Gets Cancelled

Rachael Taylor Out of a TV Job as Charlie's Angels Gets Axed

Looks like Rachael Taylor’s turn at saying, “Good morning, Charlie,” was short-lived. On the weekend it was announced that US network ABC had pulled the plug on the Charlie’s Angels reboot after four episodes. The show, which also starred Minka Kelly and Annie Ilonzeh as the other Angels, struggled with ratings both in the US and in Australia. It was originally aired on Channel Nine, debuting with an audience of 815,000, but was moved to Nine’s digital channel GO! after two episodes. In the US, ABC is still planning to air the rest of the show’s four episodes. However, this doesn’t spell the end of Rachael’s TV career — according to reports, she is still being chased for a more permanent role on Grey’s Anatomy, where she guest starred as obstetrician Dr. Lucy Fields.
