Charlie Sheen Surrenders His Twin Sons to the Police

Charlie Sheen is just starting to get the hang of Twitter (he opened an account yesterday and almost has one million followers), and it seems he’ll have more time to get used to the social networking site with reports that his 23-month-old twin sons, Bob and Max, have been taken away from him and surrendered to the police. The boys are his children with ex-wife Brooke Mueller, who happens to be in “day treatment” for her own substance abuse problems. With this arrangement the twins will be staying with Brooke’s mother. (Not that Charlie is desperate for company — he has his live-in “goddesses”.)

Brooke currently has a restraining order against Charlie, and after hearing her claims it’s not hard to understand why. After TMZ reported that Charlie allegedly said to Brooke, “I will cut off your head, put it in a box and send it to your mum,” he appeared on the Today show in the US and denied the claims, saying, “It’s colourful . . . that’s a good one I guess.”
