You might have spent your Monday complaining about how tired you were, but Chris Pratt decided to make the most of his day. The Passengers actor visited Seattle Children's Hospital for an afternoon of hanging out with some of the centre's excited patients, which he documented on Instagram. He shared a photo of him flexing his muscles with Madisen, a young girl with cancer and "such a beautiful smile," and posed with a boy named Rowan, who Chris noted dressed up as Groot for Halloween. His most emotional post was a photo of him holding two twin boys in the NICU, who he said reminded him of his own son, Jack. "Ever since Jack's premature birth, we have a special affinity for the NICU (neo-natal intensive care unit)," he wrote. "Today I spent a little time with Coen and Zion, twins who were born too early only a pound and a half each. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at @seattlechildrens The boys are doing fine. Although they're both missing their big sis."
This isn't the first time Chris has taken the time to spread cheer to his young, sick fans. Last year, he recruited Chris Evans for a superhero-themed visit to Seattle Children's Hospital after an awesome Super Bowl bet they made. A few months later, he visited the Lake Children's Hospital in Louisiana for another fun-filled day joking around with the pint-sized patients, who even got him to re-create the raptor scene from Jurassic World. Of all the many, many reasons to love Chris Pratt, his habit of surprising his young fans is one of the biggest.
