Eamon Sullivan Crowned the 2011 CLEO Bachelor of the Year!

The CLEO Bachelor of the Year is Eamon Sullivan!

The votes are in and thousands of the country’s women have decided who deserves the title of Australia’s most eligible Bachelor: Eamon Sullivan! (Runner-up was Dan Ewing from Home and Away and third place went to Paul Verhoeven.) The announcement was made at a glamorous black tie dinner event at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney, and Eamon was presented with his prize — a brand-new Nissan Micra worth $15,999 — by CLEO editor Gemma Crisp and the night’s host, Sophie Monk. The 25-year-old swimmer’s competition included a mix of actors, sports stars, businessmen and up-and-comers (as well as one Ken Carson, who sadly had to withdraw due to his jealous girlfriend, Barbie), and we think his victory is well-deserved! Definitely one he can proudly add to his many medals and his Celebrity MasterChef title. Congrats, Eamon!
