Emma Stone paid a visit to Andy Lecompte salon in West Hollywood today. Dressed casually in a plain white tee, jeans and ankle boots, the actress proved she’s still favouring her natural blonde colour over the red shade she’s famous for. Emma’s hair is a topic she’s often asked about, and she spoke about it with director Cameron Crowe during their chat for Interview magazine. Retelling the story of how she was asked to dye her hair red for Superbad, Emma said, “Well, I came in with brown hair and Judd [Apatow] asked me to dye it red at the camera test, so I was already cast in the movie — it was just a thing that happened. Now I'm back to my roots. But I get a lot of questions about hair colour. People are very into talking about hair. Why do you think that is? Is it because I'm a girl?” Emma switched from red to blonde to play Gwen Stacy opposite real-life boyfriend Andrew Garfield in The Amazing Spider-Man. She’ll next be seen reuniting with Ryan Gosling in Gangster Squad, which had its release date pushed back to Jan. 10, 2013.
