It's safe to say that Georgia Love lives up to her last name. From meeting her long-time partner Lee Elliott when she starred on The Bachelorette, to now hosting a podcast on the ins and outs of the Bachelor franchise, it certainly seems like her life is a case of love by name, love by nature.
But now, Georgia has taken her expertise in romance to a whole new level. That's right, she has just announced that back in April she officiated the wedding of her friends, Tom and Marielle Rehder. The wedding, which was held in South Africa, marked the first time Georgia has performed as a marriage celebrant. It comes as no surprise that she was comfortable commanding the attention of a crowd, given her background in TV news reporting and of course, her time as the Bachelorette.
"I absolutely loved being a part of this incredibly beautiful day, and it was particularly special getting to surprise all the guests by standing up the front and officiating the whole thing," she revealed in an Instagram post.
While it's not clear if this was a one-time gig for Georgia or the start of a new career, it's hard to think of anyone more qualified to celebrate love than, well, Georgia Love.
Meanwhile, speculation is still rife among enthused fans as to when Lee will drop down on one knee. But, as he revealed in a recent interview with Now to Love, he and Georgia are waiting until the time is right for them.
""We are happy . . . and so much of our relationship happened so quickly and I want to do this right, and I want to do it properly; and I will," he told the publication.
