Guy Sebastian Talks Us Through Some of His Life's Biggest Moments
Being the very first winner of Australian Idol has been good to Guy Sebastian. While some winners of talent shows disappear into obscurity once the win has worn off, Guy has gone on to become one of Australia's most popular and loved entertainers. He's just about to release his seventh studio album, Madness, tomorrow, which he told us "was a lot of work" because he was "trying to juggle and family and two young kids and a lot of travel." And early next year he'll embark on his very first arena tour, which he's in the preparation stages for right now: "At the moment it's more the logistical side of getting the band together, and getting arrangements together, and getting it sonically to sound as huge as I can, and then I've got a team of people who are working on the visuals and the staging and things that I don't know — you know, like I don't know how high a drum riser should be legally or whatever, like I don't think about all those things."
During his press schedule to promote Madness, we caught up with Guy and asked him to talk us through his life in pictures — his memories of big moments like winning the ARIA for best pop release and finally visiting London with his wife, Jules. Keep reading!
