Yesterday's Chanel extravaganza at Paris Fashion Week brought out other stylish ladies like front-row staple Rachel Bilson and pregnant Lily Allen. Vanessa Paradis, face of the brand's Cocoon bag line, posed alongside a bob-sporting Keira Knightley, who also just shot a new Chanel campaign. Karl Lagerfeld's elaborate afternoon at the Grand Palais is one of the last to occur in Paris before things officially end tomorrow, so stay up to date on all the runway trends with Fab and Bella!
