Kyle Sandilands Will Tape a Pilot For a New Late Night Talk Show on Channel Seven

Will Kyle Sandilands Be Australia's Next Talk Show King?

Ever since Rove McManus ended Rove Live in 2009, he left a void that hasn’t quite been filled: the talk show. We still get our fix of visiting celebs and local stars via their appearances on shows such as The 7pm Project, Sunrise and A Current Affair (in the case of Lady Gaga), but they’re not quite the same. Back in April it was rumoured that Kyle Sandilands would be landing his own late night talk show on Channel Seven, the network that currently employs him, but nothing eventuated. The latest report is that his show will go ahead, with Kyle expected to film the pilot episode when he wraps Australia’s Got Talent. He has plenty of experience in interviewing celebrities and likes to speak his mind. But does he have what it takes to resurrect the talk show in Australia?
