Make that one for the lay-deez! WA's Lisa Hose last night became Australia's first ever female winner of The Biggest Loser, after shedding nearly half her body weight. As well as losing a whopping 52.6kg (or the equivalent of Justin Bieber, for those of us who are not so scale-minded), the mum-of-two took home $370,000, having been awarded the special money bracelet earlier in the series. Lisa beat out some hot competition to take the title, including Joe Medway—who lost over 82kgs, but gained a legion of drooling female fans—and the show's biggest ever male contestant, Shannon Bourke, who managed to lose almost 90kgs—the largest weight loss by any contestant of the show. We were thrilled to see a female on the final podium, but what did you think? Did the right person win The Biggest Loser: Couples?
