Forget 2014's "Chasing the Sun" — Hilary Duff just dropped a pop song that is bound to give her the musical comeback she deserves. The singer debuted "Sparks" in its entirety on Vevo early Monday, giving us a catchy and upbeat Winter jam before the season has even started. With a soaring melody and whistle you'll definitely have stuck in your head, the surefire hit is arguably her best single since 2003's "Come Clean," aka the Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County theme song. It's really no surprise "Sparks" is this good, since it was produced by Bloodshy, one of the guys responsible for Britney Spears's "Toxic," and co-written by "Habits (Stay High)" singer Tove Lo. Get ready for Hilary's return to the charts with a listen to the jam below.
