Margot Robbie Reps Her Wolf Street Pack in Brisbane
It was probably the most low-key premiere she’s attended to promote The Wolf of Wall Street so far, after walking red carpets in LA, New York and London, but Margot Robbie couldn’t contain her happiness at being home in Australia to debut the movie that has turned her into a star. And the Gold Coast-born actress didn’t treat it any differently to a Hollywood premiere, telling reporters last night in Brisbane, “It doesn’t matter if I’m coming here after eight months or days, I’m never happier than when I’m home. This is my hometown, this is the most important premiere of them all.”
Margot is in the country for a whirlwind promo tour and to catch up with family, and she’ll be fulfilling the rest of her press commitments from the comfort of her home. Fresh off walking almost every major red carpet during awards season, Margot has even more to celebrate, with news that she’s secured a role in Z for Zachariah, replacing Amanda Seyfried, with Chris Pine and Chiwetel Ejiofor. The Wolf of Wall Street is released on Jan. 23.
