Mel Gibson's vulgar outburst follows him to france

Mel Gibson Admits He Has a Short Fuse

In “tell us something we don’t know” news...Mel Gibson has admitted that he has a short fuse. He’s on the press tour for his latest film, Edge of Darkness, and he must be counting the days until it's over. Last Friday he called a reporter an “a-hole” on live TV and last night in France reporters brought up the incident during a live press panel. Journalist Ariane Massenet said she approached interviewing him "with a little fear because you have a stormy relationship with journalists,” while another panellist on the program, Mahloud Achour, asked Mel, “Did you come prepared with French curse words for French journalists?” D’oh! Mel paused, smiled and said (with a French accent), "Non!"— then added, "I mean no. It usually comes out in English if I'm angry. I have a short fuse. I'm trying to work on it."
