Miley Cyrus paired an oversize button-down shirt with thigh-high boots to make a stop by a studio in London yesterday. Although she forewent pants for the outing, her ensemble can be considered conservative compared to her full-on nudity in her new video for her single "Wrecking Ball," which was released yesterday. While she has faced many critics since debuting the risqué music video, it appears she likely has heaps of supporters, as the video received over 16 million views in a 24-hour period, setting a new Vevo record. Among those in favour of Miley's salacious new image apparently is her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus. He shared words of encouragement on his Twitter account yesterday, writing, "Trying to type, tweet, twerk and ride a wrecking ball naked all at the same time while carrying a sledge hammer is proving difficult! Peace." Miley also took to her social media account today to acknowledge her supporters, writing, "Y'all did went so above and beyond with wrecking ball. I love you so much and thank you for breaking the vevo record!"
Along with the exciting news involving Miley's record-breaking video, it was announced that she will team up with Britney Spears for another single on her new album, Bangerz. Miley released the track list from her upcoming album, which confirmed the collaboration with Britney on her track titled "SMS."
