It’s no secret that I have a bit of a girl crush on Miranda Kerr. Not only is she gorgeous on the outside, she cares just as much about being beautiful on the inside. She’s currently back in Australia strutting her stuff on the catwalk and launching her skincare range, Kora, and she’ll no doubt meet up with her personal yoga guru while she’s here. Charlotte Dodson has been Miranda’s personal yoga teacher for years. She appeared on The Morning Show yesterday to talk about how Miranda keeps fit. And if you REALLY want to roll like Miranda, Charlotte will be teaching at a weekend-long wellbeing retreat in the Blue Mountains next month called Your Organic Experience. The event also features interactive organic cooking classes with Annalise Braakensiek, Shiatsu massage, aromatherapy and skin care workshops, hiking, music and organic food and champers!
