A newly-blond Kelly Osbourne seems to be doing just fine after a turbulent couple of months. After breaking up with fiancé Luke Worrall and losing her little puppy, she looked glamorous at the Emmy Awards. The E! Network hired Kelly to join their Fashion Police panel to critique the celebrity style at the ceremony and she’s been furiously taking notes on the red carpet to prepare.
