Did the Rafters Death Scene Look Kinda Familiar to You?
In case you missed Packed to the Rafters last week (um, where have you been?), the big shock death was Mel Rafter (Zoe Ventoura), who perished in a fatal car accident on the way to meet her husband Ben (Hugh Sheridan). While most fans were devastated by the loss of the much-loved character, others were quick to notice that her death scene looked a lit-tle familiar. Cold Feet fans observed that the whole scenario—the car, the phone, the unexpected crash—bore a resemblance to Rachel’s death in the fifth season of the British TV show. The moral of the story?
