Photos of Prince William in Australia and New Zealand
Will Watch: Prince William Arrives In Australia!
Ladies, start your engines: The future king of England has landed Down Under. Wills flew into Sydney yesterday and smiled in front of the Opera House with Australia's Governor General Quentin Bryce and her husband Michael after enjoying lunch at Admiralty House with Australian stars like Delta Goodrem.
The Prince then headed to Redfern to meet with a group of children where one six-year-old Aboriginal girl innocently asked him, “Did your mummy die?” Although he looked taken aback, he responded graciously with, “Yes she did. It was pretty sad.” And then he proceeded to read the Adventures of Possum Magic to the group of children from cover-to-cover. Bless. Last night, Wills went out with friends to The Loft cocktail bar at King Street Wharf, where they ordered Baghdad Iced Teas and nibbly bits before leaving before 10 pm. This morning he will get a tour of Garden Island at Woolloomooloo and at 1 pm he will drive to Mrs Macquarie’s chair and the Royal Botanic Gardens for a barbecue. Members of the public are expected to gather to try and get a glimpse of the Prince. Note to self: Head to Royal Botanic Gardens during lunch hour to try and meet Prince William. Why should Princess Mary be the only girl from Australia to get some royal action? Check out all the photos from the Prince's trip to Australia and New Zealand.
