The Social Network Trailer Starring Jesse Eisenberg, Justin Timberlake and Andrew Garfield
The Social Network Trailer: Mark Zuckerberg Gets De-Friended
The Social Network, aka The Facebook Movie, is finally out today! It feels like we've been waiting for this one for ages—it's already earned amazing reviews (with some potential Oscar talk) and has drawn some brilliant performances from its exciting young cast, especially Jesse Eisenberg as founder Mark Zuckerberg and Andrew Garfield as co-founder Eduardo Saverin. The trailer gives us insight into Zuckerberg's portrayal as a villain—the book that the movie is based on implies that his whole concept of Facebook was simply a tool to get him more friends and respect, and not just the virtual kind. I'm very excited for this movie; it might be all the supporting players (including Rashida Jones and Justin Timberlake), but some of the credit definitely goes to the brilliant usage of the cover of Radiohead's Creep.
