When Avril Lavigne appeared on Good Morning America on Monday, the singer opened up about her treatment for Lyme disease and couldn't help but cry. She revealed that she's "about halfway" through her treatment after becoming bedridden last October. She said, "I'm doing a lot better. Seeing a lot of progress . . . I'm just really grateful to know that I will make a 100 percent recovery." As she got emotional, she talked about how fans' letters and videos helped her get through some of the toughest moments. "I sat there in my bed and I watched the videos and, like, did exactly what I'm doing now," she said. "I cried through the whole thing. Honestly, I felt very, very loved." Watch the clip above, then see what Avril told People about her Lyme disease diagnosis earlier this year.
