Which Series Should Win the Emmy For Best Drama?
I've been asking you guys about your Emmy opinions this year, and who you think are most deserving of awards. Thus far you've weighed in on the actors who you hope win Emmys, but now we're turning our attention to the series that are nominated. So let's look at the contenders in the best drama category.
Reigning champ Mad Men is the one to beat; the show is up for the fourth time, and has won every year it's been nominated. It's going up against Dexter, which has been up four times as well. Also taking a swing at the Emmy are HBO's promising newcomers, Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire, both nominated for their respective first seasons. Finally, two network dramas round out the category: The Good Wife, here for the second time, and Friday Night Lights, which is in the category for the first time ever, but will have its only shot at the title this year since it recently ended. So, weigh in now — which show should win the Emmy for best drama?
