Al May Not Be Feeling the Love From Sam on MAFS, But Twitter is Obsessed With Him

When Al first appeared on Married At First Sight, we were certain that he would be one of the villains this season. His inflated sense of self and overall boyish attitude made him a top contender for the role.
But now that we’re a few episodes in, we’re starting to fall in love with the 25-year-old. Having never had a girlfriend before, Al came on the show searching for a lifelong partner, but after being paired with bride Sam, those prospects are looking to be slim.
To recap, Sam and Al were asked to rank each other with the other brides and grooms (I know, gross), and while Al put Sam first, Sam placed him third on her list.
She went on to say that she’s more attracted to older men like Anthony and Andrew.
Heartbroken and shattered, Al didn’t know how to react. This wasn’t the first time Sam has hurt Al — she’s pretty much been condescending towards him throughout the entire relationship.
Al on the other hand is really trying, and while he did do the worm on his wedding day and did a shoey during the first dinner party, he’s still a total sweetheart.
We’re clearly not the only ones who have slowly warmed up to Al because everyone on Twitter is falling in love with the guy too.

Married At First Sight has been a total whirlwind since the first episode and while it can be a total train wreck at times, we can’t seem to look away.
Married At First Sight airs at 7.30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
