Married at First Sight’s Alana Lister may not have found the one with Jason Engler during season eight of the hit series, but she has “found love” since.
The 30-year-old has taken to her social media this week, announcing the news by dancing in front of a mirror to Beyonce’s Love on Top.
A certified banger, the teacher was seen in just a T-shirt and underwear obsessing over her new love — herself — and frankly, we LOVE to see it.
“When you find love and it’s you,” she captioned the Instagram story video while singing Queen Bey’s iconic lyrics: “Baby, it’s you, you’re the one I love, you’re the one I need.”
Alana then challenged her fans, saying: “Love yourself first #loveyourselfchallenge.”
Fans were very quick to applaud the reality star, saying her “energy and joy” was “infectious” and calling her a “ray of sunshine”.
For those who were hoping that Jason and Alana were still together after the show wrapped, everything turned a bit icky after the final vows.
According to the So Dramatic podcast, Jason had “dumped Alana via text” and that was after Alana had done a 180, changing her mind from “leave” to “stay” after hearing Jason’s vows.
All we can say is that Alana loving herself is truly the best outcome.
