We knew Big Brother’s Katie Williams was fit, but we didn’t know she was Australian Ninja Warrior fit!

In 2017, the 27-year-old influential trainer and podcaster competed on the channel 9 series, only to fall short of the course — literally.

In a video on the official YouTube of the hit series, Katie is seen attempting the course with host Ben Fordham calling her a “Tomboy at heart”.

“She believes that Ninja Warrior is the ultimate challenge for any athlete,” he said.

Katie uses her “hands, feet to make sure of every single move” and successfully completes the first obstacle, however, when she attempts the second obstacle, she does a backflip into the water, failing the course at 24 seconds.

An ex-beach sprinter, the housemate became a world champion when she was just 19 years old. She has now turned that passion for health, wellness and self-development into a career and is keen to ensure that everyone is #livingtheirbestlife!

So far, her turn on the hit series has seen her successfully form alliances and become a major threat in the house, however, it has also meant she has a target on her back from fellow contestant Daniel Hayes.

Big Brother airs Sunday at 7pm and Monday to Wednesday 7.30pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.
