With Green writing and producing action-thriller The Mother and directing Tomb Raider 2, it’s unclear when production on the film will begin. Add in the fact that Smollett still has Netflix films Escape From Spiderhead and Lou to shoot, and it’s unlikely we’ll get the project before late 2022/early 2023.
