BLACKPINK fans, you’re in for a real treat.

After the K-pop band announced their new single and their Born Pink album, which is set to release next month, they decided to drop one more bombshell on their fans.

The popular girl group are set to perform in Australia and New Zealand, as part of their Born Pink world tour.

The dates were announced in an Instagram post this week, revealing that the tour will kick off in Seoul before the group travels to the US and Europe.

Then, in June 2023, BLACKPINK will perform in Melbourne on June 10 and 11, Sydney on June 16 and 17 and then one night in Auckland (June 21).

Information on where to get tickets has not been released, but keep checking back because we’ll update this story as soon as know more.

The Born Pink world tour will see Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa take the stage and belt out some of their most loved songs.

The concert is set to be huge, with their record label YG Entertainment saying it’s “the largest world tour in the history of a K-pop girl group”.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, Jisoo shared how she feels about performing live.

“I think it’s different for the other members: They love to receive the spotlight, feeling energised by the people who come to see us, and then getting a bit depressed when the stage is over and silence arrives. I’m a little different. When I’m onstage, I think about not making mistakes. Performing sometimes feels more like a test than something genuinely fun.”

BLACKPINK’s Australasian tour dates:

  • 10 June: Melbourne, Australia
  • 11 June: Melbourne, Australia
  • 16 June: Sydney, Australia
  • 17 June: Sydney, Australia
  • 21 June: Auckland, New Zealand
