It’s Finals Week on Celebrity MasterChef Australia and after last night’s intense service challenge saw Archie Thompson eliminated, we’ve been left with the five contestants who will battle it out in tonight’s semi-final. It’s been a tough journey, but Rebecca Gibney, Tilly Ramsay, Collette Dinnigan, Nick Riewoldt and Dilruk Jayasinha have made it this far in the competition, beating their counterparts to make it in the top five.
Plating up one intricate dish after another, each of the celebs has come so far from when they first started. But it all comes down to this, as the double-elimination will see two contestants head home and three straight into the grand final.
In a sneak peek for tonight’s episode, Jock is shown telling Dilruk that he’s “worried” for him, as he looked over at the clock and time was ticking away. We already know things are going to get heated in the kitchen with only the very best able to make it into the final round. But just how stressful things will get is yet to be seen, and we’ll just have to tune in tonight to see which way the competition goes.
It seems like just yesterday Celebrity MasterChef first premiered, and now we’re already nearing the end.
Whoever ends up being crowned the winner will receive $100,000 to support their chosen charity and of course, have their name engraved on the coveted MasterChef trophy.
The semi-final for Celebrity MasterChef Australia airs tonight, November 15 at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10play.
