While celebrities may have the resources of extra help and financial security, the impact of motherhood is still a life-changing experience for them. Whether they are first-time mothers like “Love Island” star Molly-Mae Hague, who welcomed her first child, a daughter named Bambi with Tommy Fury in January, or they have a large brood like “Loose Women” panellist Stacey Solomon who gave birth to her fifth child in February, being a parent, and especially a mother, is undoubtedly emotionally tricky to navigate, but also one of the most fulfilling jobs out there.

And with Mother’s Day just around the corner, we are shining a light on some of the few celebrity mothers who have used their platforms to talk about their experiences. From birth to caring for a newborn and the responsibility of raising children, these women have all been candidly refreshing about their experiences with becoming a parent. They have also reminded us that each person’s journey with their children is different. Chrissy Teigen initially admitted that she struggled to bond with her children, while Jennifer Lawrence expressed her anxiety about whether she was doing things right. On the other hand, celebs like Blake Lively and “Game of Thrones” star Sophie Turner have spoken about how having a baby has made them better people, while Lily Allen reflected on feeling guilty for the choices she made during her daughters’ early life. Plus, there’s of course some hilarious anecdotes that come with the job, too!

So whether you have children or not, you’ll probably relate in some way or another to these stars comments, thoughts, and opinions on motherhood, which show us that they are just like the rest of us.
